Using Invo
Invo is a mobile app for simple inventory and profit tracking. You are responsible for the products, prices, stock updates, sales records, notes, and backups you create in the app.
Invo is designed for everyday business reference. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, ERP, POS, or supplier management software. You should verify important business records before using them for reporting, tax filing, or financial decisions.
Local-first data
Invo stores business data locally on your device and does not require an account or cloud sync. This may include products, stock history, sales history, profit data, settings, and optional product images you choose from your photo library. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for creating backups when backup tools are available.
Product images
Product images are optional and are used only to help identify products inside Invo. If you choose an image from your photo library, you are responsible for having the right to use that image for your own product record.
Free version
The free version includes core inventory tools such as product list, search, product details, quick restock, record sale, low-stock highlighting, and per-item profit. Free usage may be limited to 15 total products, including archived products.
Invo Plus one-time purchase
Invo Plus is a one-time purchase. Invo Plus is not a subscription.
Invo Plus may unlock features such as unlimited products, Simple Overview, and local export/import backups. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. Store refund rules and purchase management are handled by the platform where you bought Invo Plus.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall Invo or move to a new device on the same app store account, use Restore Purchases in the app. Restore availability may depend on the app store account, platform rules, and RevenueCat purchase records.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Invo, attempt to bypass purchase checks, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
Limitations of liability
Invo is provided as is, without warranties that it will be error-free or available for every business need. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Invo and its developer are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of Invo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
