Information stored on your device
Invo stores the data needed to run the app locally on your device. This may include:
- products
- stock levels
- sales history
- profit data
- optional product images you choose from your photo library
- settings
- premium unlock state
Photo library access
Invo may ask for access to your photo library only when you choose to add or change a product image. For example, you can select a photo of a product from your library so it appears on that product card and product details screen.
Product images are optional. If you skip adding an image, Invo uses the product initial instead. Invo does not scan your photo library, upload your photos to an Invo server, or use photos for advertising or tracking.
The image you select is used only inside Invo to help you recognize that product. Any selected image reference is stored locally on your device with your product record.
No account or cloud storage
Invo does not require user accounts, cloud sync, team access, or a remote inventory database. We do not operate a server that stores your product list, stock history, product images, or profit data.
If your operating system, device backup, or personal cloud backup includes app data, that backup is controlled by your device platform or cloud provider, not by Invo.
Analytics
Invo does not need analytics to store or manage your business records. If privacy-preserving analytics or crash reporting is added in the future, it will be used only to understand app reliability and product quality, not to read your inventory, sales history, or profit records.
Payments and RevenueCat
Invo Plus purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to verify and manage purchase entitlement state. Payment details are processed by the app stores. Invo does not receive or store your full payment card information.
Notifications
Invo may offer optional local reminders, such as checking low stock. These reminders are handled on your device. Invo does not need a cloud account to send them.
Data deletion and control
Invo stores data locally on your device and does not require an account or cloud sync.
You can remove your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. If backup or restore tools are available, you may use them to manage your data locally.
Because Invo does not store user data on a remote server, there is no separate server-side data to delete.
